Our Accessibility Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA for the public Nido8 website at nido8.com.

We work toward substantial conformance with these standards through design, development, testing, and ongoing remediation. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we expect to continue improving the website as Nido8 evolves.

Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to the public Nido8 website at nido8.com, including public marketing, pricing, blog, reviews, contact, trial-request, and public library pages.

The Nido8 mobile app and authenticated provider or parent experiences have separate accessibility workstreams and may require additional review, testing, and remediation. This statement does not claim that the mobile app, provider portal, parent portal, admin portal, or every authenticated workflow is fully conformant.

Accessibility Work Completed or In Progress

Nido8 has been working on accessibility improvements for the public website, including:

• Keyboard navigation improvements.
• A skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
• Programmatic form labels for public forms.
• Focus management in dialogs, including the mobile menu, cart drawer, and PDF preview modal.
• Accessible widget states for interactive components such as FAQ controls, pricing toggles, and review filters.
• Reduced-motion support for motion-sensitive users.
• Color-contrast improvements on orange brand surfaces.
• Mobile touch-target sizing improvements.
• Page language support for English and Spanish public routes.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the website may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 Level AA. Nido8 is continuing to identify and address accessibility issues as part of ongoing website maintenance.

Known or potential limitations may include:

• Older content, images, or downloadable materials that may need additional accessibility review.
• Third-party experiences, such as payment checkout or app-store flows, that are provided by external services.
• Authenticated product areas that are being evaluated separately from the public website.
• Newly added pages or components that may require follow-up testing after release.

We do not claim perfection or final completion. Our goal is continuous improvement and substantial conformance with recognized accessibility standards.
